Brigham Health Center at Patriot Place Exterior

This project is a new 5 story, 158,000 sf retail and medical office building on the site of a previously constructed single story retail building at Patriot Place. The project includes the design of a bridge at the third floor to connect to the existing medical office building occupied by a single tenant. A multi-tenant lobby serves the medical office floors above the first floor retail and building services. The facility is part of the larger Patriot Place mixed-use development located immediately adjacent to Gillette Stadium.
